Prestashop: Limit the number of purchases per product for a customer

You will be able, for example, to make a flash sale on a product for 7 days, limiting the number of products the customer can buy to 2.

The customer, even if he places several orders for this product on different days, will only be able to buy 2 copies of this product during the 7 days.

You can also make a limitation at the level of the declinations and at the level of the product in general. For example, you have 3 variations with a maximum of 3 possible purchases for each one. If you have indicated 7 as the maximum number of orders for the whole product, your customers will be able, for example, to order 3 products for 2 variations of this one and 1 for the last one (it is necessary that for all the orders of variations of the product, the number ordered is 7).

If your customer tries to order more than 7 products or product declinations, he will get an error message indicating that the maximum number of possible orders for this one is limited to 7. To be able to complete his order, your customer will have to limit the order of this product to 7, over the defined duration.
