Prestashop GDPR Module

With this Prestashop module, you will be able to ask your customers their consent for the processing of their data, before:

• Creating their account
• Subscribe to your newsletter
• Sending a contact message
• The reminder for a product you do not have in stock.

In the module configuration:

• You will be able for each of the above steps, enable or not the display of a text that you have defined and that the customer will have to validate to be able to pass the step.
• You will be able in the texts that you put in place, refer to a CMS page containing your policy regarding the protection of your customers' data at the GDPR level.
• You will also be able to define the text to display if the client requests the deletion of his account.

In his account on your shop your customer will have a new choice that will allow him:

• Export your data in CSV or PDF format
• To request the deletion of his account from your shop

In the administration of the shop you will have two new options:
The first one shows you the list of pending customer deletion requests, with each one being able to display the details of the customer and accept or not the request to delete his account.
If you accept the deletion of the account and the customer has pending orders or invoices, you will have a message asking you to print the invoices before validating this deletion, because you must keep them for 10 years according to the code Trade.
Then following your choice an email will be automatically sent to the customer to indicate your decision and if you have validated the deletion of the account, it will be made anonymous not to disrupt the operation of your shop.
Your customer will no longer be able to place an order on your Prestashop store, unless he creates a new account.

The second is a list of all the consent and deletion requests your clients have made at the GDPR.
You can also export this list in CSV format.
